This Privacy Policy describes how PrepXa, a product of Nexzt Entrepreneur Consultancy PVT LTD ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you use our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with transparency and integrity.

1. Information We Collect

We collect several types of information to provide and improve our Service:

1.1. Personal Identifiable Information (PII)

• Authentication Data: Your mobile phone number (used for login and verification via MessageCentral OTP service), Name, and Email address.
• Profile Data: Your current class/grade, target competitive exam (JEE/NEET), school/institute name, and previous academic scores (e.g., 10th, 11th, 12th) voluntarily provided to personalize the AI coaching.

1.2. Gamification and Public Profile Data

• Public Profile: This includes your Username (or "IGN"), XP (Experience Points), Level, and any profile picture you upload.
• Leaderboard Data: Your rank and XP are displayed on public-facing leaderboards within the app.
• Battle History: We may store records of your 1v1 Battle Quiz matches, including your opponent and the match outcome (win/loss).

1.3. Usage and Performance Data

• Pro-Prep Test Activity: Detailed records of every test taken (Custom Tests, Full Mocks), including the specific chapters selected, difficulty level, time taken per question, answers selected, marks obtained, and submission type.
• Wallet (Real Money) Activity: Records of all wallet transactions (recharges, test deductions for Pro-Prep tests), the amount, timestamp, and resulting balance.
• PX Coin (Virtual Currency) Activity: Records of all PX Coin transactions, such as earnings from wins and spending to enter 1v1 Battles.
• Technical Data: Device type, operating system, and IP address.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used primarily to provide and improve the AI-driven learning and gaming experience:

• To Provide Gaming Services: To operate the 1v1 Battle Quiz, manage your PX Coin balance, and display your username and rank on public-facing Leaderboards.
• Personalization: To tailor the difficulty and subject focus of our AI-generated "Pro-Prep" questions to your exact weaknesses (Performance Analysis) and profile details.
• Service Provision: To manage your access to the Service, track your Wallet (Real Money) balance, process payments (via third-party gateways), and deliver OTPs (via MessageCentral).
• Communication: To send critical notifications regarding your account, security, and performance updates.
• Safety & Security: To prevent fraud, ensure compliance with our Terms of Service, and protect our intellectual property.

3. Data Storage and Security

We use Google Firebase and Google Cloud services (Firestore, Firebase Authentication) for all data storage. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is secured using SSL/TLS encryption. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services and Disclosure

We rely on the following third-party services, which may have access to necessary data:

• Payment Gateway (PhonePe): Used solely for processing Wallet (Real Money) recharge transactions. PrepXa does not store or process your sensitive payment card details.
• Messaging Service (MessageCentral): Used exclusively for sending and verifying one-time passwords (OTP) via your registered mobile number during the authentication flow.
• Analytics: Anonymous usage data may be shared with analytics providers (like Google Analytics) to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or subpoena.

5. Data Retention

We retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. This includes keeping your test and battle history to ensure the AI recommendations remain relevant and accurate over your preparation period. If you request account deletion, we will endeavor to delete your PII and anonymize your usage data.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you.
• Rectification: Request correction of any incomplete or inaccurate data. You can correct most profile details via the "Edit Profile" screen in the app.
• Erasure: Request the deletion of your Personal Data (subject to legal obligations).
