1. Data Storage & Infrastructure
PrepXa operates entirely on modern, secure cloud infrastructure powered primarily by Firebase and Google Cloud Platform. Student details, diagnostic metrics, coin streaking histories, and test indices are stored securely on Firestore under TLS 1.3 encryption protocols.
2. Diagnostic telemetry
To provide precise AI feedback (like Electrostatics speed delays or chemistry conceptual loophole warnings), we measure solving velocities on a per-question basis. This behavioral metadata is strictly utilized to compute your diagnostic scorecard and classroom clusters. We never disclose individualized student metrics to external marketing bureaus.
3. School & Batch Safekeeping
Coaching portals and school batch databases are separated under strict cloud rules. No student from school 'A' can inspect metrics from school 'B' unless explicitly permitted under public nationwide tournaments.
